hybe.online ("the Service") is a personal content management platform operated by the developer (the "Operator") for organizing, scheduling, and publishing short-form video content to connected social media accounts owned by the Operator. The Service is not intended for use by third parties.
By accessing or using hybe.online or any associated tooling, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for the Operator's personal, non-commercial use only. The Operator may connect their own social media accounts (including but not limited to YouTube and TikTok) and use the Service to manage content uploads to those accounts.
To enable functionality, the Service may request authorization to access the Operator's connected social media accounts via official APIs (Login Kit, Content Posting API, YouTube Data API). Access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions explicitly initiated by the Operator.
All content published through the Service is the sole responsibility of the Operator. The Service does not pre-screen, moderate, or endorse any content. The Operator is responsible for compliance with the terms of service and community guidelines of all connected platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator makes no representations regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
